SocialJet + Pinterest
Pins and boards, run from your plan.
Connect your Pinterest business account and publish, schedule, and measure your Pins from the same place you run everything else.
What does SocialJet do with Pinterest?
You connect your own Pinterest business account. SocialJet publishes image and video Pins to the boards you choose, schedules them to go out at the time you set, and shows you aggregate analytics — impressions, saves, and clicks — across your Pinterest presence, all within what Pinterest's API allows.

Organized by board — SocialJet keeps every Pin filed where it belongs.
Connect
Each advisor connects their own Pinterest business account.
Connecting is a per-advisor account link with clear status — connect, reconnect when a token expires, or revoke access whenever you want. Publishing requires a Pinterest business account; personal accounts aren't supported.
Each advisor's Pinterest account stays theirs — connect it, and disconnect it, anytime.

Publish
Image Pins, video Pins, and the right board.
Create an image or video Pin, choose the board it belongs on, and publish it looking exactly like a Pin your clients would save.
Schedule
Set the time. SocialJet publishes it.
Pinterest has no native Pin-scheduling API, so scheduling is entirely SocialJet's own: you pick the moment, and SocialJet publishes your Pin to the board you chose at the time you set.
Whether a Pin goes out after your approval or on its own is up to yourAutopilot setting — the same three modes across every channel.
- You pick the timeDown to the minute, per Pin.
- SocialJet keeps the clockPublishing time is SocialJet's own — not Pinterest's scheduler.
- Approval follows your modeReview everything, act when confident, or full Autopilot.
Measure
Aggregate analytics for everything you pin.
Pinterest returns aggregate analytics — impressions, saves, and clicks — across your account and boards, looking back up to 90 days. There's no comment thread or per-follower breakdown.
Metric structure shown — your own numbers appear here once your Pinterest account is connected.
Where Pinterest draws the line
Comments and messages stay in Pinterest.
SocialJet publishes, schedules, and measures your Pins. Pinterest doesn't expose a comment or messaging API, so conversations under your Pins stay in the Pinterest app.
Comment replies
There's no comment-management endpoint, so replying to comments on your Pins happens in Pinterest.
Messages
Pinterest has no inbox or DM API either — message threads stay where Pinterest keeps them.
Good to know
Standard Pinterest setup, nothing unusual.
A few of Pinterest's own rules to know up front — the same ones any tool that posts to Pinterest works within.
- Business account required
Publishing needs a Pinterest business account connected to SocialJet; personal accounts can't be used for API publishing.
- New apps start on Pinterest's Trial tier
Every new Pinterest integration starts on Pinterest's limited Trial tier; broader Standard access opens once Pinterest reviews the app and a short demo video.
- Scheduling is SocialJet's own
Pinterest has no native Pin-scheduling API, so SocialJet keeps the clock and publishes at the time you set.
- Analytics look back 90 days
Aggregate account and Pin analytics cover up to a 90-day window.
