Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SocialJet marketing platform and related websites and services operated by SocialJet Inc. (“SocialJet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You agree to these Terms when you are presented with them and accept them, or when you use the service after the Terms have been properly presented to you.
SocialJet is a marketing SaaS for travel advisors. It helps advisors manage contacts, travelers, leads, campaigns, publishing channels, Community participation, and events, including AI-assisted drafting and adjustable autonomy.
2. Legal capacity
You may use SocialJet only if you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you use SocialJet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.
These Terms do not set a universal fixed minimum age. Where mandatory local law imposes an age or capacity requirement that cannot be waived, that requirement still applies.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account, workspace access, credentials, and for activity that occurs under your authorized users. Keep credentials confidential, use SocialJet only for lawful purposes, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access you become aware of.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. SocialJet may refuse, suspend, or limit access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal or security obligations.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Paid access to SocialJet is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless a different arrangement is expressly stated at purchase.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each monthly billing period until cancelled.
- Trials. If a free trial is offered, the trial converts automatically into a paid month-to-month subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- What you see before you subscribe. Before you complete signup or checkout, the purchase flow shows the applicable trial length (if any), price, and renewal timing for the plan you select.
- How to cancel. Account users with billing permission can cancel from the platform’s billing settings by opening Manage billing, which takes you to the Stripe customer billing portal. In that portal you can cancel the subscription so it ends at the close of the then-current billing period.
- When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the then-current billing period. Access continues through the end of that paid or trial period unless the account is otherwise suspended or terminated under these Terms.
- Billing questions. Questions about invoices, charges, or cancellation may be sent tohello@socialjet.ai.
Any new or increased charge requires your affirmative acceptance. Silence is not treated as consent to a new charge. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable law preserves for you.
5. Advisor responsibility and autonomy
Advisors remain responsible for workspace settings, connected channels, recipient lists, and the content that is published or sent from their workspace.
SocialJet’s adjustable-autonomy model lets an advisor choose how much the platform may do on its own:
- Review everything — the advisor reviews work before it runs;
- Confidence-gated automation — automation proceeds only within confidence and rule boundaries the advisor sets; or
- Full Autopilot — the platform may run inside user-defined rules without reviewing every item first.
Choosing a more automated mode does not transfer legal responsibility for published or sent content away from the advisor. Advisors remain responsible for what runs from their workspace under the autonomy setting they select.
6. AI-assisted and generated content
SocialJet provides AI-assisted drafting and related generation features. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular audience or offer. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving the use of AI-assisted or AI-generated content as appropriate for your selected autonomy mode and legal obligations.
7. Email and messaging compliance
If you use SocialJet to send email or other messages, you must have appropriate permission and lawful bases for each recipient, and you must comply with applicable messaging laws. That includes, where required:
- accurate sender identification;
- a valid physical postal address; and
- a working unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism that is honoured as required by law.
SocialJet may provide compliance-oriented controls, templates, or footers, but those tools do not transfer your legal obligations away from you.
8. Community acceptable use
Community participation must remain lawful and respectful. Prohibited categories include harassment, spam, illegal content, impersonation, infringement, and unsafe conduct. SocialJet may report, remove, restrict, or moderate content or accounts that violate these rules.
Report Community concerns to hello@socialjet.ai. SocialJet moderates to protect participants and the integrity of the Community.
9. Live streaming and events
SocialJet supports SocialJet-hosted Community broadcasts and advisor-hosted client events. Where those features are used, organizers and participants must respect applicable notice, registration, invitation, reminder, chat-conduct, and moderation requirements.
If recordings or replays are used, appropriate participant notice and any required recording consent must be obtained for that event context. Recording defaults and retention follow the notice and settings presented for the event.
10. Advisor content
Advisors retain ownership of the content they submit to SocialJet. By submitting content, you grant SocialJet a non-exclusive, limited operational licence solely as needed to host, process, adapt for channel formats, display, publish, and otherwise provide the service.
11. Supplier content
Suppliers who contribute content represent that they own it or have an appropriate licence to contribute it. Suppliers grant SocialJet an equivalent operational licence to host, process, adapt, display, and otherwise provide the service, including advisor-network reuse with attribution where the feature contemplates that reuse.
Supplier participation does not give a supplier authority over advisor workspaces or advisor-owned content.
12. Copyright and infringement reporting
Do not upload or distribute content that infringes someone else’s rights. To report alleged copyright or other intellectual-property infringement related to SocialJet, contacthello@socialjet.ai with enough detail for us to locate the material and understand the claim. SocialJet may remove or disable access to disputed material and, where appropriate, suspend repeat infringers.
14. Third-party platforms and providers
SocialJet integrates with third-party platforms and providers, including social networks, messaging channels, and infrastructure services. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. SocialJet does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, API changes, or enforcement of their rules.
15. Suspension and termination
SocialJet may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of these Terms, legal or security risk, non-payment, or other conduct that threatens the service or other users. You may stop using SocialJet and cancel under Section 4. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, licences granted for service operation, disclaimers, and governing-law terms — continue after termination as applicable.
16. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. SocialJet does not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect AI outputs, or specific marketing results.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable law preserves for you.
17. Governing law and courts
Subject to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived, these Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba are the forum for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
19. Contact

SocialJet and its licensors own the SocialJet platform, branding, software, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service as offered; they do not transfer ownership of SocialJet’s intellectual property to you.
